This is one beautiful suri! We found her in the pasture a few
minutes after her mother had given birth to her. We got her dried
off and let mom and cria bond with one another. When we
weighed her a short time later I could not believe what the scale
was telling us! I had my husband weigh her three times and I still
didn't believe the scale. But the scale was correct and she
weighed in at 27.4 pounds. Wow! She was a whopper! I have a
new appreciation for Venetia - DeeDee's mom!
DeeDee is the slickest and shiniest alpaca on our farm. She has
consistent penciled locks with great density from one end of her to
the other. She is a beige, but the top of her head is light fawn.
She is 3/4 Accoyo and it definitely shines thru out her fiber! She
is now 7 months old and weighs almost 130 pounds. She is a
very curious alpaca and is the first in the herd to explore
something new.
DeeDee has some pretty amazing genetics in her lineage and she
is a third generation suri. Her maternal grandfather is none other
then Accoyo Mr. Beautiful who produced many show winning
offspring in his lifetime.

with a breeding to any of our wholly owned herdsires.
