Misty just turned 15 months old and weighs 170 pounds.
She is a 5/8 Accoyo female who's fiber is slick with bright
luster and excellent lock. But with the genetics behind her
of Ganador (Grandfather) and Uribe its easily explain. Her
conformation is correct with good size bone. Misty's
mother, Novalee Nation is an appaloosa and her sire is
none other then NGG Accoyo Mickey Mantel, a quality
herdsire from the West coast. See his picture at the
bottom of Misty's page.
It will be interesting to see if Misty will be able to produce
color. Her dam has a mutiple of colors thru-out her fiber.
Misty is a third generation suri. She has a perfect Accoyo
suri head and already has the start of a beautiful beard.
She is a very calm girl and will make an excellent
foundation female for any farm.
Misty was bred recently to Brandilyn Farm's newest
herdsire, GLR Saltante, a.k.a. Joey. Joey's sire is the dark
silver gray 4P Condor. Joey's first two cria are dripping in
luster with fiber locked to the skin. Six days after being
bred we spit tested Misty with Joey and she definitely
passed the test! We will have a progesterone test done
soon to confirm she is pregnant. We are extremely excited
about this pairing and know the resulting cria will be
outstanding!
Her price also includes a 2009 breeding to your pick of
one of our herdsires.
